Currently, Mr. Cooper is the President, Chief Executive Officer and founder of Aroway Energy Inc., a junior oil and gas issuer. Mr. Cooper received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Hofstra University and his Master’s in Business Administration from Dowling College, both in New York State.
