Knauf KG in April 2019. From 1997 until 2015, she worked in a variety of legal positions for Motorola Solutions, Inc. (formerly Motorola, Inc.), a provider of communication infrastructure, devices, accessories, software and services, most recently as Deputy General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, prior to that, serving as Corporate Vice President, Law, Corporate, Securities and Transactions. She serves on the Board of Directors for Logan Square Preservation, a non-profit organization, and is Chair of the President’s Council and an ex officio member of the Board of Trustees of the Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago. She also serves on the Board of Advisors of Denison University. Ms. Warner received a J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law and a B.S. in Economics from Denison University. Due to Ms. Warner’s strong background in mergers and acquisitions, as well as securities and corporate governance, she provides valuable experience to our Board.
