Mr. DeSplinter has served on the Board of Directors and member of the audit committee of the Catholic Foundation of Northern Colorado since September 2015 and was a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Adolfson & Peterson Construction Company from June 2015 through June 2019.
