Previously, Ms. van der Hoof Holstein was the Director of Rural Health at the Clinton HIV/AIDS Initiative (CHAI), where she worked from 2002 to 2008; Executive Producer at E*TRADE Financial, where she worked from 2000 to 2002; and a co-founder of ClearStation.com in 1999. Ms. van der Hoof Holstein served in the Poverty Issues office of the Senate Committee on Labor and Human Resources in 1993, then chaired by the late Senator Edward M. Kennedy.
