From 2013 to 2014, Mr. Henderson served as Acting CEO of School Specialty, Inc., a company that provides education-related products, programs and services. Prior to these positions, Mr. Henderson served a number of roles with Steel Partners LLC, a subsidiary of Steel Partners Holdings L.P. (“SPLP”), and its affiliates from 1999 until 2011. Mr. Henderson’s positions included Managing Director and operating partner of Steel Partners LLC, and CEO, President and COO, and VP of Operations of SPLP’s predecessor entity, WebFinancial Corporation.
