Mr. Liddy currently serves on the Board of Directors of AbbVie Inc., 3M Company, and The Boeing Company. Mr. Liddy has reached the mandatory retirement age for directors at both Boeing and 3M and will not stand for re-election at either company's 2020 Annual Meeting.
