He served as a member of the board of directors of Gemin X Pharmaceuticals until its acquisition by Cephalon. He currently serves as a director of Velicept Therapeutics and Antios Therapeutics. Mr. Morenstein received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in the Biological Basis of Behavior with a Concentration in the Physiology of Neural Systems. Our Board has concluded that Mr. Morenstein should serve as a director of the Company based on Mr. Morenstein’s industry and financial expertise and experience.
