Patrick S. McCahill serves as Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. McCahill will receive an annual base salary of $350,000 and a sign-on bonus of $100,000, and is entitled to minimum annual bonuses of $150,000 for his first two years of employment subject to his continued employment with the Company.
